Precision medical device manufacturer in West Chester, PA is seeking a Quality Assurance Final Inspector for 2nd shift. This role is the final line of defense before products reach customers, ensuring every part meets exact specifications.

What You'll Do:

- Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components

- Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements

- Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface-finish defects, often under magnification

- Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards

- Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment

- Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time

What We're Looking For:

- High School Diploma required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

- 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience

- Blueprint reading experience

- Experience in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Shift & Compensation:

- 2nd shift with 15% shift differential; overtime available
