Requirements

3 or more years of experience in Tier 3 IT technical support and endpoint infrastructure administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/MECM for application packaging, deployments, and OSD task sequences.
Experience with VMware AirWatch or Workspace ONE console administration and mobile asset management.
Experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) session administration and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with custom OS imaging, restricted user environment lockdown, and beta software testing.
Experience in Active Directory directory services, endpoint security controls, and hardware evaluations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex Tier 3 hardware, software, and network operating system escalations across enterprise environments.
Build, maintain, and execute automated application packages and OSD task sequences using SCCM.
Administer mobile device profiles, asset inventories, and management policies within the AirWatch console.
Troubleshoot and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) user sessions, latency issues, and broker connections.
Maintain, test, and customize secure operating system image builds for specialized institutional endpoints.
Conduct interoperability testing and evaluate beta application releases to support system migrations.
Review IT hardware procurement specifications and collaborate with support teams to document technical resolutions.
