Job Title: Lead / Principal Google Workspace Consultant
Job Location: Warren, MI or Austin, TX
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:

• Lead enterprise Google Workspace implementations and migrations from Microsoft Exchange/Office 365.

• Design security, identity, access, compliance, and governance solutions.

• Manage Google Workspace administration, Google Vault, and data protection.

• Automate workflows using Google Apps Script, AppSheet, GAM, and APIs.

• Provide technical leadership during solution design and project delivery.

• Develop service offerings, architecture frameworks, and delivery standards.

• Mentor and train Google Workspace engineers and administrators.

Requirement:

• 10+ years of IT collaboration systems experience.

• 4+ years of experience as a Google Workspace SME or Architect.

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console, Google Vault, GAM, AppSheet, Apps Script, and Workspace APIs.

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise migrations using GWMME, GWMMO, BitTitan, Quest, or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of SAML, SSO, Context-Aware Access, DLP, and threat protection.

• Google Cloud Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification required.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working with a Google Cloud Premier Partner.

• Experience building or expanding a technical practice or center of excellence.
