Application and IT Support Technician

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and network issues
• Support and investigate issues within our custom-built ERP system
• Work alongside software developers to identify bugs, test solutions, and explore application functionality
• Use databases, SQL queries, and troubleshooting tools to investigate technical challenges
• Help employees across our manufacturing operation solve technology problems

What You Bring

• Working familiarity with Windows and general computer troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
• Familiarity with programming concepts and at least one programming language
• General knowledge of computer networking
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn
• Exposure to MySQL, C#, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, or browser developer tools is a plus
