- Lead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI tools to enable scalable, future-ready communications capabilities.
- Spearhead development of AI-enabled, human-inspected agentic workflows that improve efficiency across client Business communications
- Support integration of technology platforms that improve communications and onboarding, including SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities
- Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.
