Role Overview

• We are seeking candidates who have Strong functional/application support engineer with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance experience. The role requires hands-on expertise in Finance skills including Timesheets, Number Sequence, Project Accounting/Expense Reports, Financial Reporting and localization areas..

Minimum Qualifications

\n

\n
• Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O functional support experience

\n

• Strong knowledge of:

\n

• General Ledger

\n

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

\n

• Cash & Bank Management

\n

• Fixed Assets

\n

• Financial Reporting

\n

• Period close / core finance processes

\n

• Ability to troubleshoot configuration, posting, transactions and application behavior

\n

• Understanding of roles/security and Finance application configuration

\n

• Experience handling production/customer issues

\n

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills

\n

\n

\n

Good to Have Skills

\n

\n
• Project Accounting / Project Operations

\n

• Expense management / Timesheets

\n

• Number sequences and workflows

\n

• Country/localization experience

\n

• Understanding of F&O integrations with Dataverse / Power Platform

\n

• Exposure to Dual-write and data entities

\n

\n

\n

Time of operation: This team will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.
