Responsibilities:

- Champion a strong food safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other teams to drive operational success.
- Collaborate with corporate engineering, R&D, and business teams to support current and future system needs.
- Work with site leadership to identify and prioritize capital and operational improvement opportunities.
- Improve equipment reliability and operational performance through continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Develop training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing resources to strengthen team capabilities.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across operations.
- Maintain and improve system data to support performance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise to optimize production processes, operating parameters, and product quality.
- Evaluate and communicate the financial impact of operational decisions to support business planning and budgeting.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation integrity, and audit readiness to support investigations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
\n

- Bachelors degree in Engineering required
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of advanced data and statistical analysis, GMPs, and quality control regulations
- General Engineering Principles and CI knowledge
