Job DescriptionSalary:

PRICE ELECTRIC is seeking anElectrical Project Manager to oversee industrial and commercial electrical construction projects in Eastern Iowa. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, and budget goals are met.


What you'll do:

  • Manage electrical projects from award through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and job costs
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and vendors
  • Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
  • Manage project documentation and reporting in Procore
  • Ensure necessary permits, inspections, approvals, etc. are completed and invoices are accurate
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively thru re-estimating or negotiation
  • Provide regular project updates and forecasts to leadership


What we're looking for:

  • 24 years of construction project management experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Procore
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites
