What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial design through construction
- Create high-quality Revit models for industrial and commercial facility projects
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to resolve complex design challenges
- Support BIM standards, workflows, and project documentation requirements
- Assist project teams with BIM best practices and technical guidance
- Improve project efficiency, accuracy, and coordination across disciplines
- Contribute to innovative project solutions through technology-driven design processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
- Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Understanding of drafting standards and construction documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
- Desire to continue learning and expanding technical capabilities

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Gastonia, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $48.08/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
