Job Description
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the cross-functional implementation of enterprise Climate Strategy. This role plays a critical part in delivering on climate strategy, which spans across 10–15 complex work streams.
The ideal candidate profile requires strong organizational leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of managing enterprise-level programs in large corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale program supporting climate strategy, managing 10–15 work streams with 15–20 cross-functional stakeholders.
- Run project ceremonies (stand-ups, working group meetings), maintain detailed status reports, and ensure alignment across functions.
- Develop and manage program documentation, including roadmaps, decision logs, and milestone tracking.
- Draft and prepare executive-level communications and presentations, including materials for the CEO.
- Partner closely with the Climate Strategy core team (including your manager and one peer), as well as external and internal teams, to drive timely delivery.
- Connect the dots across workstreams to identify risk, dependencies, and decision needs.
- Ensure alignment with broader strategic goals and climate commitments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–7+ years of project or program management experience in a large corporate environment, ideally managing strategy-driven or enterprise-level initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage complex programs and deliver executive-facing content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite and Lucidchart for documentation, program planning, and collaboration.
- Experience with PMP or Lean methodologies (certification is a plus but not required).
