OT Governance &amp; Standards
\n

<li>Develop and implement an OT governance framework covering SCADA, industrial networking, and cybersecurity.</li>

<li>Conduct documentation inventory and gap assessments.</li>
\n
<li>Establish document lifecycle management, ownership, approval workflows, and review processes.</li>
\n
<li>Develop standards roadmaps and implementation plans.</li>
\n</ul>

SCADA Standards

<ul>\n
<li>Define standards for:</li>
\n
<li>PLC programming</li>
\n
<li>HMI development (ISA-101)</li>
\n
<li>Alarm Management (ISA-18.2)</li>

<li>Control narratives</li>

<li>FAT/SAT testing</li>
\n
<li>Backup &amp; Recovery</li>
\n
<li>Change Management</li>
\n
