Job Title: OSP Project Manager

The Opportunity:
Wavsys is seeking a high-impact Outside Plant (OSP) Project Manager to embed with our key client. This is not a standard PM role. We need a leader who can parachute into a complex, fast-moving fiber deployment project, take immediate ownership, and drive it to successful completion. You will be the single point of accountability, responsible for all project workstreams—from engineering and permitting to construction and testing—and ensuring a seamless, on-time delivery.

What You’ll Achieve:
- End-to-End Ownership: Serve as the single point of contact for all project activities, providing clear, consistent leadership across internal and external teams.
- Drive Accountability: Establish clear project milestones and hold all stakeholders accountable for their deliverables across Engineering, Permitting, Construction, and Testing phases.
- Masterful Reporting: Communicate project status, risks, and financial health with precision and confidence to any level of the organization, from field teams to the executive suite.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify project roadblocks before they become critical, developing and executing mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
- Flawless Execution: Ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within budget, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience managing large-scale OSP, fiber, or telecom infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise across the entire project lifecycle, including site acquisition, A&E, zoning, permitting, construction, and closeout.
- A natural ability to command a room, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into a clear, actionable summary.
- An obsession with execution and a relentless drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
