Position Summary:
Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is looking for a Scrum Leader to join the Center for Digital Health team. The Scrum Leader will play a critical role in extending the organization's agile expertise and delivering digital solutions to enhance the health journey for consumers, patients, and providers. This role involves coaching Scrum Teams, facilitating Scrum workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products. The Scrum Leader will also contribute to advancing Agile practices across the organization and work closely with Agile coaches to grow within the role.

Experience:
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Scrum and understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Experience with planning and problem solving alongside product management and delivery teams.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and collaboration skills, with cultural awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach Scrum Teams in Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.
- Facilitate Scrum workflows and ensure team members adhere to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of products.
- Resolve team impediments and work with other Scrum Leaders to improve Scrum effectiveness.
- Facilitate and support all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization.
- Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Leaders to grow within the role.
