Ideal Background
• Entry-level candidates that have a genuine interest in technology.
• Some technical experience, education, or hands-on IT exposure is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Comfortable working in both a warehouse and technical lab environment.
• Experience in tech-focused retail environments such as Best Buy, Walmart Electronics, computer repair shops, or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Experience with shipping, inventory, asset tracking, or device handling is a plus.

Experience handling devices, inventory, asset tagging, hardware setup, or technical retail support.

Job Description
Order & Inventory Support
• Review daily device orders submitted by sales teams and client executives.
• Assist with inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Work with managers to locate, pick, and stage devices for customer orders.
• Lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
Device Intake & Asset Management
• Receive and check in incoming devices.
• Scan and record serial numbers.
• Update asset tracking systems and spreadsheets.
• Apply asset tags and stickers to devices and packaging to ensure accurate order tracking.
• Support intake processes that typically take between 1-4 hours per order (roughly 2 hours on average).
Light Configuration & Deployment
• Perform basic device configuration and setup.
• Install screen protectors and complete minor hardware prep tasks.
• Support tablet and device deployments as needed.
Serve as a backup resource for basic deployment activities.
