- Position: Reltio MDM Lead
- Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead the design and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions to deliver trusted golden records across the real estate value chain.
- • Design and optimize company matching logic, including match rules, cleanse functions, tokenization, survivorship, and merge strategies.
- • Configure Reltio entity models, relationships (parent/subsidiary, account hierarchies), Reference Data Management (RDM), and data quality rules for corporate/legal entity data.
- • Integrate third-party data sources such as D&B DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and other firmographic platforms to improve entity matching accuracy and reduce duplicates.
- • Develop integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors with CRM, ERP, lease, and property management systems.
- • Define and fine-tune match-and-merge thresholds, manage false positives/negatives, and support data steward review workflows.
- • Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
- • Collaborate with data architects, business stakeholders, and data stewards to deliver scalable and governed MDM solutions.
- • Ensure data security, role-based access, auditability, and compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards.
- Required Skills:
- • 10–15 years of experience in Data Management.
- • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
- • Strong expertise in Company/Entity Matching and Master Data Management.
- • Experience with Java, Groovy, JSON, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- • Hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and REST APIs.
- • Strong understanding of data governance, survivorship, match & merge, and data quality.
- • Reltio Certification is preferred.
- • Experience in the Real Estate domain is highly preferred.
