Job DescriptionTechnical Support Specialist – Autonomous Vehicles
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite Only)
Pay: $20–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to help keep self-driving vehicles operating safely and smoothly.
Job Duties
-
Troubleshoot vehicle and computer system issues
-
Use Unix/Linux commands to check system problems

Report and track issues using Slack and Jira
-
Check vehicle charging, startup, and shutdown
-
Inspect cables and basic vehicle equipment
-
Move vehicles around the garage
-
Communicate problems to engineering teams
Requirements
-
1+ year of technical support experience
-
Hands-on Unix/Linux command line experience
-
Experience with Slack and ticketing systems
-
Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
-
Valid driver's license held for 3+ years
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must work onsite in Austin, TX

Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Great backgrounds: IT Support Technician, Linux Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or Fleet Support Technician.
