\nAutomotive Exterior Lighting Systems – Hardware & Power Electronics\n
\n End‑to‑end hardware development for automotive exterior lighting systems including headlamps, signaling lamps, and rear combination lamps.\n
\n System‑level power architectures and LED driver strategies (linear vs switching) under tight EMI, thermal, and cost constraints,\n
\nASIL QM/A/B functional safety,\n
\nCAN-FD/LIN integration\n
\nPerforming worst‑case circuit analysis, derating, thermal and reliability analysis (DFMEA, MTBF) to ensure production readiness.\n
\nDriving pre‑compliance and compliance EMC testing,\n
\nresolving conducted and radiated emission issues through layout, filtering, and architectural changes.
