You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of various documents within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review and examine documents and images for errors, inconsistencies, and adherence to established guidelines and regulations.

Job Duties:

• Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and review documents and images to verify their accuracy, completeness, and adherence to predetermined guidelines and specifications.
  • Identify errors, discrepancies, or irregularities in the content, format, or structure of documents and images.
  • Ensure that documents and images meet quality standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough examinations of text, graphics, and other visual elements to ensure consistency and correctness.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or inconsistencies discovered during the inspection process.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or findings accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of inspection activities, including logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in the inspection process.
  • Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements related to document and image inspection.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior quality inspection experience.
• Basic user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in Quality Systems preferred.
