Job Description
We are hiring a System Administrator to support client environments across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, security, backups, and cloud-based infrastructure.
This role is a strong fit for someone with MSP experience who enjoys a mix of escalation support and project work. You will help maintain stable, well-documented client environments, support cloud and infrastructure improvements, and work directly with clients to resolve technical issues with a long-term fix mindset.
What You’ll Support
- Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user management
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, permissions, authentication, and access issues
- Windows 10/11 workstations, business applications, endpoint issues, and client devices
- Network troubleshooting involving firewalls, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity
- Backup systems, endpoint security tools, and business continuity solutions
- Client onboarding, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and system improvement projects
- Documentation for client environments, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
Required Experience
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- 3+ years of IT support, escalation support, or systems administration experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows desktops, Windows Server, and Active Directory
- Experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, permissions, and user administration
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPNs, firewalls, switching, wireless, DNS, and DHCP
- Exposure to backups, endpoint security, business continuity, or cloud migration work
- Ability to support multiple client environments and communicate clearly with end users
- Strong documentation habits and a process-driven approach to troubleshooting
