Job Description Eliza Jennings, a not-for-profit organization providing excellent care and services to older adults on Cleveland’s West Side for more than 130 years, is a nationally recognized expert committed to helping older adults make the most of the aging experience.Our network of communities includes Eliza Jennings Health Campus in Cleveland, the Renaissance Retirement Campus in Olmsted Township, Devon Oaks Assisted Living in Westlake, and Eliza At Chagrin Falls in Chagrin Falls.Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is searching for a full-time Information Technology Support Analyst for its Corporate Office, located at The Renaissance Retirement Community in Olmsted Township.The IT office space is located in Olmsted Township, but the position requires travel between the four Eliza Jennings communities: Devon Oaks Assisted Living in Westlake, Eliza Jennings Home just west of downtown Cleveland, The Renaissance in Olmsted Township and Eliza At Chagrin Falls in Chagrin Falls.Upon being hired, Eliza Jennings has the opportunity to pave the way for your certifications in COMPTIA A+ and COMPTIA Network +. Elevate your career with us!Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Implement and maintain hardware, software, and cable systems.
• Train staff in use of various technologies.
• Provide IT, cable, and telecommunications support to residents and staff.
• Assess need for information technology equipment. Purchase equipment as authorized.
• Provide technical support related to all information technology systems.
• Serve on an on-call basis; troubleshoot and resolve system problems.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrated knowledge of information technology support functions.
• Basic knowledge of cable systems.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• In-depth interpersonal skills: demonstrated trust, integrity, compassion, and ability to effectively deal with all types of people.
• Valid drivers’ license.
