Job Summary
A stable and growing commercial real estate company in Charleston, SC is seeking a Commercial Development Coordinator to support commercial development projects from acquisition through final delivery. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented real estate professional who enjoys site analysis, due diligence, transaction coordination, stakeholder communication, and project execution.
The Commercial Development Coordinator will work closely with internal leadership, brokers, consultants, municipalities, contractors, property owners, and other project stakeholders to help keep development initiatives moving forward. This role offers strong long-term career potential in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values initiative, organization, follow-through, relationship-building, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple commercial development projects, including schedules, priorities, milestones, deliverables, and follow-up items.
- Research and evaluate commercial development opportunities, site information, market data, and project feasibility.
- Support commercial real estate transactions, due diligence activities, documentation, and project readiness.
- Review site plans, surveys, development documents, and construction drawings for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, property owners, consultants, municipalities, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and project updates to support planning, communication, and executive decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
