Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Project Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting order fulfillment and sales operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams while honing your organizational and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication between production and sales teams to align on priorities and delivery schedules.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, including tracking shipments and verifying documentation for accuracy.
• Reconcile invoices by resolving discrepancies related to orders, shipments, and billing.
• Coordinate logistics activities such as carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations.
• Generate and manage inventory reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Ensure product deliveries are accurate by validating against purchase orders and production outputs.
• Utilize Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems to maintain order data and inventory records.
• Prepare and share performance and fulfillment reports with management teams.
• Provide support to the Senior Project Manager on various projects, documentation tasks, and process optimization initiatives.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to create reports, presentations, and communications for internal distribution.• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, order fulfillment, or sales operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with teams.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
