TPM – Program & Project Management
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Day 1 Onsite
Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 Days/Week
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage end-to-end program and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, and coordinating onsite-offshore teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Drive status reporting, governance, and escalations.
- Ensure successful execution and timely delivery of project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across onsite and offshore teams.
- Identify and proactively address delivery risks and dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP and/or CSM certification preferred.
- Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

This is a Day 1 Onsite position in Phoenix, AZ, requiring candidates to work onsite 5 days per week.
