  • Manage commercial furniture projects from award through installation and completion.
  • \n

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate deliveries, logistics, installation teams, punch lists, and closeout activities.
  • \n

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, and overall project performance.
  • \n

  • Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving.
  • \n

  • Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teams.

  • \n

  • Significant experience with hands-on involvement in commercial projects.
  • \n

  • Strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale commercial projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Ability to read and understand furniture plans, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • \n

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n

  • A proactive, accountable approach with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • \n

  • Comfortable working on active job sites and travelling locally throughout the Bay Area as required.
  • \n

  • Experience working with general contractors, architects, designers, manufacturers, and installation teams is highly desirable.

\n

\n

Why Join?

\n

\n

You’ll be joining a respected organization with an established reputation in the commercial interiors and furniture market, working on high-profile, large-scale projects across the Bay Area.

\n

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, client interaction, and the opportunity to make a visible impact — not simply manage projects from behind a desk.
