This is a founding-level frontend engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI company in the supply chain space. You will be deeply integrated into the founding team, contributing not just to the product but to strategic decisions that shape the company's direction. The work has direct, measurable impact, helping large enterprises recover millions in annual spend leakage through AI-powered contract enforcement.
What You'll Do
- Build and own frontend experiences end-to-end, from initial design to production.
- Lead frontend architecture decisions, including design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to shape product direction.
- Work across the stack with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL to deliver high-quality, scalable interfaces.
- Present technical work and product decisions to customers and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3 or more years of frontend engineering experience, with a track record of leading frontend projects or building design systems.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
- Experience at a VC-backed startup or a large technology company.
- Experience owning product end-to-end, or as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee at a startup.
- Demonstrated history of shipping frontend projects in production environments.
- Experience building products from zero to one, or scaling early-stage products at a larger company.
- Comfort presenting technical work to customers or non-technical stakeholders.
- A clear trajectory of growth and a strong bias toward learning.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Equity is available at the founding stage. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
