  • 10+ years of AEM experience, including 3+ years with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • \n

  • At least one completed AEM Cloud migration from AEM 6.x to AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • \n

  • Expert knowledge of AEM Cloud architecture, Cloud Manager, and deployment pipelines.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with AEM Development building blocks:
  • \n

  • HTL/Sightly, clientlibs, HTML, CSS and modern front-end technologies based on JavaScript/TypeScript, Lit, ReactJS, NextJS etc.
  • \n

  • OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, Schedulers, Event Handlers.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of API integrations (internal and external) with AEM.
  • \n

  • Experience with headless content design and delivery using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and GraphQL.
  • \n

  • Experience with enterprise DAM implementations and multi-site architectures.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of AEM Dispatcher configurations, reverse proxy and load balancers.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for development acceleration.
  • \n

  • Adobe Experience Cloud integrations experience with Adobe Data Collection - Tags, WebSDK, MobileSDK, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and AEP.
  • \n

  • Adobe OpenAPI experience for AEM Assets and AEM Sites communication.
  • \n

  • Exposure to AI tools within AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • \n

  • Modern CDN architecture and performance optimization expertise.
  • \n

  • CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps best practices.
  • \n

  • Experience with Adobe I/O and event-driven integrations.
  • \n

  • AEM Developer or Architect certifications.
  • \n

Roles & Responsibilities

    \n
  • Lead migration efforts from on-prem AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • \n

  • Design and implement AEM templates, components, and OSGi services.
  • \n

  • Develop HTL templates, Sling Models, custom OSGi configurations, servlets, and schedulers.
  • \n

  • Design omnichannel and headless content delivery using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments and GraphQL.
  • \n

  • Configure Cloud Manager pipelines and GitHub or BitBucket to Cloud Manager repository synchronization.
  • \n

  • Optimize AEM Dispatcher and CDN configurations for performance and reliability.
  • \n

  • Integrate AEM with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • \n

  • Support enterprise DAM implementations and integrations with AEM Sites.
  • \n

  • Establish AI-assisted development workflows and the best practices for the team.
  • \n
