Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our apartment building, units, and grounds. This role supports the overall upkeep of the property and involves a variety of tasks.
**Ideal candidates are also fluent in both English and Spanish.**
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily repairs, complete work orders, and maintenance upkeep on the property.

Assist groundskeepers in maintaining the property’s exterior on a daily basis.

Prepare vacant units for new tenants.

Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all property supplies and equipment.

Ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment are clean and well-organized.

Use knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair/installation to complete tasks.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of onsite work experience in property management maintenance, preferably at apartments.

Knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, drywall, carpentry, painting, and appliance care.

Bilingual in English and Spanish ideal.

Own a basic set of hand tools and power drill.

Reliable transportation.

Availability to work Monday through Friday.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Starting pay rate based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
