Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, and administrative support staff.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of the quality team.
- Manage workload distribution, performance appraisals, conflict resolution, and employee recognition in alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
- Establish, track, and report measurable quality metrics and goals to executive leadership.
- Capture and analyze institutional lessons learned to integrate into company-wide best practices.
- Maintain and safeguard corporate code compliance and formal certification programs.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and code requirements for internal teams and contractors.
- Ensure all active personnel possess necessary quality plans, procedures, and certifications.
- Conduct regular jobsite audits to verify compliance with corporate policies and project guidelines.
- Travel to regional offices, client sites, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project execution and oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
- 10–15 years of progressive quality management experience, specifically overseeing large-scale, complex projects. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% to various corporate, subsidiary, and project locations.
