- Verify defendant information and references and determine release eligibility

- Release qualified defendants before initial appearance

- Obtain CJIS certification

- Compile and present criminal background information to the court with recommendations for further possible release

- Supervise and monitor the progress of defendant compliance and enforce all conditions of release

- Participate and testify in court proceedings.

*** Person must be able to pass a Law Enforcement Background Check ***

- pass a pre/employment drug screen

- valid drivers license

- High School Diploma

* office located at the Brevard County Detention Center
