A leading quant trading firm is hiring Software Engineers to build and improve the systems behind its automated equity and ETF trading strategies. You’ll work closely with researchers and other engineers, taking projects from research and simulation through to live trading.

What you’ll do

- Build and maintain high-performance trading infrastructure in C++
- Partner with researchers to improve trading and pricing systems
- Develop systems for market data, simulation and order execution
- Make frequent, meaningful improvements to production systems

What we’re looking for

- Strong C++ skills and computer science fundamentals
- Experience building performance-sensitive systems; low-latency trading experience is preferred
- An interest in solving complex problems and learning how financial markets work
- A collaborative, practical approach to engineering
