Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of related IT support experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 11.
- Experience with Microsoft AutoPilot, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, Dell hardware support, Bomgar, PatchMyPC, and BeyondTrust preferred.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management.
- Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or CCNA preferred.
