Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Electrical Infrastructure

We are partnering with a highly established, privately owned electrical contractor in Charlotte seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
\n
\n
Operating for approximately 40 years, the company specializes in complex electrical infrastructure projects across data centers, airports, mass transit, fueling systems and secure/federal environments.
\n
\n
Typical electrical contracts range from $5M–$10M, with a strong 2-year backlog of work across the Carolinas. Working alongside highly experienced General Superintendents, you will lead the commercial, administrative and client-facing elements of major electrical projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Project and client management
- RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Budget and cost management
- Monthly billing
- Coordination and design meetings
- Procurement and scheduling coordination
- Supporting and mentoring PMs/APMs
- Maintaining relationships with major GCs and clients

\n
You should have strong Electrical Project Management experience, ideally within infrastructure, aviation, data centers, mission critical, industrial, transit or other technically complex electrical construction. Data center experience is highly beneficial but not essential.
\n
\n
More importantly, we're looking for someone technically competent, commercially aware, confident with clients and interested in finding a long-term home rather than making another short-term move.
\n
The position offers a $150k–$190k base salary, alongside profit sharing and a retirement plan. Benefits include company-paid employee health insurance, dental coverage, paid vacation, and flexible PTO.
