Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a qualified Project Coordinatorto support a major restaurant delivery and technology client in the Detroit Metro area.
Location: Detroit Metro, MI 48201
Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
In this strategic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring restaurant partners achieve success as they onboard and expand on the platform. You will collaborate across functional teams—including sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics—to create a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for our merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the restaurant onboarding process, ensuring a positive and productive experience for merchants.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies aimed at optimizing merchant engagement and long-term success.
- Deliver in-person, hands-on training to restaurant staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize new software and technology platforms.
- Create clear, comprehensive training materials to promote team understanding and platform adoption.
- Become a subject matter expert in software configuration and digital ordering implementation.
- Identify workflow improvements to encourage adoption and maximize revenue opportunities for restaurant partners.
- Adapt quickly within a dynamic work environment and facilitate immediate results.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to overall team growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management, hospitality, or customer support.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to deliver tasks accurately and on time.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong track record of successful cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented work style.
- Spanish fluency is highly regarded.
