Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an HR Business Partner/HRIS Administrator to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
Stoughton Health, located 20 minutes south of Madison, is seeking an HR Business Partner/HRIS Administrator. The HR Business Partner/HRIS Administrator drives organizational performance by combining strategic HR leadership with advanced system management. This role requires deep expertise in state and federal employment law, proven experience leading HRIS projects, and a strong track record of maximizing software tools to their fullest potential. The ideal incumbent will have healthcare, HR Business partnership, and HRIS super user experience. The ideal incumbent is an early adopter of technology, excited to motivate others on the available tools and features of our Human Resources Information System, currently UKG. Position Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources Management
- Preferred: Advanced education in a related field with several years of commensurate related human resources experience and solid knowledge of human resources laws and regulations. In addition, ideal candidates possess UKG Partner & Consultant Certifications, Customer & Product Badges, and Learning & Course Certificates.
- Professional Experience: Strong background in HR leadership and business partnership. Advanced skills in managing and improving HRIS platforms. Expert knowledge of current labor and employment laws. Proven ability to lead large technical projects and software rollouts. Prefer prior progressive Human Resources experience in a health care setting
- Computer Competency: Basic Computer Competency skills are expected for all our positions. All Stoughton Health employees have e-mail access, and many use a PC to send and retrieve work e-mail; reference internal websites, access electronic health records, and use online learning tools to remain current with continuing education requirements. Competency in HRIS systems is required, ideally using either UKG, Workday, or similar HRIS solutions.
- Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Intermediate Skills - Able to perform fairly detailed formatting, create Word and Excel files, write formulas, and prepare charts for reports.
Work Shift:
- Full-Time, 1.0 FTE
- 40 hours per week
- Scheduled Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: Flexible Start Time between 7:00 am and 9:00 am
