Location: Trenton, SC (Onsite)
Salary: $90,000 – $96,000 + 10% annual bonus
Relocation: Available (nationwide)

Overview
Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Manufacturing IT Developer III to support and enhance systems within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on building and maintaining applications that integrate with plant-floor systems, including PLC data acquisition and industrial automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET technologies (VB.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET)
- Integrate and support PLC data acquisition systems for manufacturing operations
- Work with Wonderware and similar industrial automation software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and manufacturing to support production systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a fast-paced plant environment
- Support data flow between manufacturing equipment and enterprise systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong proficiency in:
- VB.NET
- ADO.NET
- ASP.NET
- Hands-on experience with PLC data acquisition
- Experience with Wonderware
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kepware or similar PLC connectivity tools
- Familiarity with classic ASP
- Experience working with Zebra handheld scanners/computers
