Project Manager – Telecommunication Infrastructure
\n
12 months & extendable
\n
Hybrid/Remote – Pewaukee, WI (once in 2 to 3 months from Office)

\n

KEY AREAS:
\n
- \n
- First thing is strong technical background in Telcom Infrastructure PM: Radio Towers, Network, Antenna & Line equipment - radio microwave systems, towers, routers, data center, Switches, Firewalls, cabling, fiber, etc.
- 2nd would be strong in Managing project financials - WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) – manage entire financials part of the project – creating budgets for new projects, procurement/purchasing, forecasting, accruals, etc. Experienced in Construction Program Management.
- 3rd would be extensive experience with Managing project tools – PWA for time entry, SAP, MS Projects (on-prem & cloud version), MS Office, WebEx, etc. (WEC is moving from MS Projects On-Prem version to Cloud version, but someone needs to very strong in On-Prem version to succeed); Waterfall methodology
- 4th would be expert / extensively experience with vast /varied/diverse Stakeholder communication and management – how to communicate to all the stakeholders on time as multiple departments are impacted for slightest of changes.
- 5th Strong Facilitator / strong collaboration skills

Minimum Qualifications: 5 years’ experience in the following: -
\n
o Microsoft Project/PWA (Project Web App)
\n
o Budget, forecast, and accruals (SAP ERP)
\n
o 3rd vendor management
\n
o Contract bidding and negotiations
\n
o Experience managing project financials – actuals, invoice reconciliation, identifying variances
\n
o Project Management Principles
\n
o Network Infrastructure: network, routers, firewall, switches, etc.
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate must exhibit 10 years of experience in the following:
\n
o Microsoft Project
\n
o Budget, forecast, and accruals (SAP Experience)
\n
o Proficient in Excel
\n
o 3rd party vendor management
\n
o Contract bidding and negotiations
\n
o Project Management Principles
\n
o PM experience with Infrastructure Projects
\n
o Network Infrastructure: network, routers, firewall, switches
\n
o PMI-PMP, BA/BS preferred
\n
