We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut.
As an IT Technician, you will utilize your help desk experience to provide technical support throughout the global SPIROL organization. You are the first level of escalation for all IT related issues and requests, and you'll flex your strong communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience for the SPIROL team.
We're looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a help desk position, supporting multiple users, which would include deploying new hardware, configuring user access, managing printers/print servers, working with LAN and WAN, and cyber security programs. Global experience is a plus!
Our requirements for the role include:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong sense of ownership
- Strong trouble shooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach

The anticipated pay range for this position is $23.25 - $31.00 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.
