Job Title: Bilingual Project Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL – River West

Assignment Type: 4-Month Contract

Pay: $25 – $28 / Hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hours per week | 100% onsite

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a bilingual Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across a large portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical coordination for projects at various stages of completion.
  • Maintain accurate trackers for active, completed, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Organize project documentation, approvals, materials, deadlines, and other requirements.
  • Keep project schedules and deliverables updated and communicate upcoming action items.
  • Prepare status reports, spreadsheets, tracking documents, and other project-related materials.
  • Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding information, documentation, and approvals.
  • Assist with processing invoices, payments, and other project-related financial items.
  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to keep projects organized and moving forward.
  • Identify missing information or potential delays and proactively work toward resolution.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Assist projects as they move from initial planning through implementation and completion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
  • Provide additional administrative and operational assistance to leadership and the broader team.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar support-focused role.
  • Must possess a valid passport and be comfortable with occasional international travel.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive follow-up skills and the ability to keep tasks moving without constant oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, project trackers, and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate upcoming project needs.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Additional Details:

  • This position is 100% onsite in Chicago.
  • The contract portion of the role will be more heavily focused on administrative project coordination, with relationship management potentially added if the position becomes permanent.
