Then we want to talk to you! HyperMach Technologies LLC (HMT) and BeeSolar LLC (BeeS) are assembling a select technology development team in Lehi, Utah, in the heart of Silicon Slopes. Our proprietary M38 and M38-MAX technologies have been under development for approximately 18 months and are showing the potential to generate Direct Energy Efficiency (DEE) improvements ranging from 2% to as much as 10% in equipment powered by conventional grid electricity, solar, and alternative energy sources. Our development objectives also include advanced computational processing, lossless data compression, data transmission, and intelligent energy management. We are now initiating a series of Proof of Functionality (POF) Demonstrations designed to independently measure, validate, and document the capabilities of these technologies. Our mission is ambitious. We are looking for three talented individuals who want to help us accomplish it. TWO MAJOR TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PHASES PHASE 1 — STARTING NOVEMBER 2026 Energy Efficiency, Power Grid Optimization & Computational Processing Our initial development and demonstration work will focus on the energy and grid-capacity challenges identified in the Duke University Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment & Sustainability's 2025 research paper: "Rethinking Load Growth: Assessing the Potential for Integration of Large Flexible Loads in US Power Systems." Google: Duke University Nicholas Institute — Rethinking Load Growth — 2025 PDF. This research examines how large flexible electrical loads, including those associated with data centers, can be integrated into the U.S. electrical grid. Our objective is to demonstrate whether and to what extent our proprietary technology can contribute additional, measurable energy-efficiency improvements when applied to equipment and computational workloads powered by grid electricity, solar energy, and related systems. We will begin with three progressively structured demonstrations, working with approximately 5 to 10 established solar sales and installation companies in Utah and California. These demonstrations will include computational workloads, real-time energy measurement, performance benchmarking, and the development of interactive dashboards displaying comparative operating results. PHASE 2 — STARTING FEBRUARY 2027 Advanced Neural Data Compression, Transmission & Processing Our second development phase will focus on the technical challenges associated with: The Neuralink Compression Challenge Google: Neuralink Compression Challenge. This challenge involves lossless compression of high-volume neural recording data, with demanding requirements for processing speed, data integrity, low power consumption, and transmission efficiency. Our objective is to apply M38 and M38-MAX to these challenges and develop reproducible demonstrations of their potential capabilities. Candidates with experience or strong interest in lossless compression, mathematical algorithms, neural data, embedded processing, and high-performance computing will find this phase particularly exciting. THE OPPORTUNITY — THREE PAID DEMONSTRATIONS We are seeking three talented individuals to participate in a paid, hands-on technical interview and qualification process beginning November 7, 2026, and continuing through January 2027.
