Job Description
The Accounting Systems & Operations Analyst will work across both accounting

operations and financial systems. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is also curious about technology, process improvement, and the evolving use of AI in finance.

Prepare and support journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany activity, and other month-end close responsibilities.
\n
Support accounting for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and assigned balance-sheet and income-statement accounts.
\n
Maintain accurate, organized, and review-ready support for accounting entries, reconciliations, close checklists, audits, and internal reviews.
\n
Research reconciling items and accounting questions, identify the underlying issue, and follow through to resolution.
\n
Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day NetSuite and SAP Concur questions from accounting and business users.
\n
Support NetSuite administration, reporting, saved searches, workflows, user access, testing, data validation, and issue
\n
troubleshooting within established review and approval procedures.
\n

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or active CPA candidacy is preferred but not required.
\n
