About the Role

Join a Site Reliability Engineering team supporting large-scale, cloud-based systems that power secure global payments. You’ll work alongside experienced SREs and software engineers while gaining hands-on exposure to production operations, cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design, monitoring and operation of large-scale cloud systems
- Help maintain production environments and monitor system performance
- Assist with incident response and root-cause analysis
- Contribute to automation for deployments, monitoring and alerting
- Help identify and prevent recurring production issues
- Create and maintain runbooks and technical documentation
- Work alongside SRE and software engineering teams
- Learn and apply modern DevOps and reliability practices

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field
- Interest in Site Reliability Engineering, cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in automation, monitoring and production systems
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and work with experienced engineering teams
