Job DescriptionOrganization in the north side is looking for an entry level CRM Administrator — AI-Assisted Operations for immediate hiring.

CRM Administrator supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and user adoption of the Consumer Experience (CX) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Quality Assurance platform. This role serves as the first point of contact for CRM users, ensuring data accuracy, resolving system issues, and managing routine administrative tasks. As CRM platforms evolve, this position also includes emerging responsibilities related to AI-driven features, such as monitoring automated workflows and validating AI-generated insights. This is an ideal role for individuals beginning their CRM career who are highly detail-oriented, technically curious, and eager to build expertise in system administration and AI-enabled business tools.

Core Responsibilities:
System Maintenance & Administration

  • Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and profiles
  • Perform routine system checks to ensure platform stability
  • Support configuration of standard CRM features
  • Troubleshoot user issues and system bottlenecks

Data Quality

  • Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies
  • Maintain accuracy of customer and operational records

User Support & Training

  • Serve as the first line of support for user requests and troubleshooting
  • Assist with password resets, field updates, and configuration questions
  • Provide onboarding for new users
  • Explain technical AI insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Configuration & Customization

  • Create and update custom fields, page layouts, and views
  • Support basic workflow rules, validation rules, and standard automations

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate basic reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Update recurring reports and ensure accuracy of KPI tracking
  • Assist with data cleaning, mapping, and reporting insights

Qualifications:

  • CRM platform knowledge (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
    • User management
    • Security permissions
    • Data structure familiarity
  • AI and automation capabilities
    • Predictive modeling exposure
    • NLP tools
    • Workflow automation
  • Data management and analytics experience
  • Basic scripting or logic understanding (Python, JavaScript, workflow logic)
  • Candidates must excel in problem-solving, particularly troubleshooting user issues and system bottlenecks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical or AI-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • High adaptability and ability to quickly learn fast-changing AI technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to pass an Advanced Computer Skills Test
