Job Description:

\n

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong IBM BPM expertise to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development, enterprise integration, and IBM BPM/BPMN-based solutions.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and IBM BPM.
  • \n

  • Develop and support business process workflows using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).
  • \n

  • Build and integrate REST/SOAP web services and backend APIs.
  • \n

  • Work with Spring/Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related full-stack technologies.
  • \n

  • Develop and optimize database queries and work with relational databases.
  • \n

  • Participate in application design, development, testing, debugging, and production support.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues and provide effective solutions.
  • \n

  • Follow enterprise coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
  • \n

Required Skills:

\n

    \n
  • 12+ years of professional IT experience.
  • \n

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE.
  • \n

  • Extensive experience with IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of BPMN, process modeling, workflows, and business process integration.
  • \n

  • Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, SOAP, and microservices.
  • \n

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • \n

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • \n

  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • \n

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • \n

Preferred:

\n

    \n
  • Experience with enterprise application integration and distributed systems.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and cloud technologies.
  • \n

  • Experience in large-scale financial or enterprise applications is a plus
  • \n
