We move fast, build hard, and engineer for real-world impact.If you're ready to build software that commands machines defending tomorrow's freedom, welcome to the frontier.ResponsibilitiesDevelop embedded systems on STM32 microcontrollersLow level driver development, peripherals, communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN) and real time systems designComfortable working in the intersection of electronics, sensors, actuators, motor control and embedded softwareRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of professional Firmware engineering experience.Solid Mechatronics background Experience developing production-quality firmware in Rust. Troubleshooting hardware/software interactionsITAR Eligibility: To Conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. Citizen or National, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 9 U.S.C section 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C section 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.Preferred QualificationsExperience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or autonomy.Familiarity with drone/UAV systems, real-time operating systems, or embedded development.Experience at a high-growth startup or technology company with strong engineering practices.Experience using the Embassy asynchronous embedded FrameworkExperience taking systems from prototype through deploymentBenefits / Compensation Overview We are always looking for good people!
