Position: Business Execution Analyst (Excel VLOOKUP & Data Operations)
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (training will be 100 percent onsite)

Job Description:
- Participate in or provide support for low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact.
- Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information and support to client personnel within Business Execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work/consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Strong technical skills, including use of approved AI tools.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating system access matrices for business lines.
- Align job roles with the system access matrices.

- Candidates must demonstrate strong Excel skills and the ability to apply technical tools effectively in their work.
Pay Range: $35 - $38
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
