Position: Senior Engine Development Engineer

Location: Milwaukee, WI (onsite)

\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Design, validate, and launch new engine and generator products.</li>
\n
<li>Define and develop new engine design requirements.</li>
\n
<li>Develop, test, and integrate complex engine components while evaluating effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.</li>
\n
<li>Design, develop, execute, and evaluate testing, product specifications, and process validation plans for new and existing products and components.</li>
\n
<li>Create and review material specifications and bills of materials (BOMs).</li>
\n
<li>Collaborate with manufacturing teams, contract manufacturers, designers, and product specialists to optimize advanced engine designs for manufacturability and performance.</li>
\n
<li>Support product development plans, including schedules, cost targets, and design requirements.</li>
\n
<li>Mentor and support less experienced engineers.</li>
\n
<li>Travel as required to support engineering and product development activities.</li>
\n
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>

Minimum Requirements

Education
\n

<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li>
