Seeking an experienced Sr. Data Center Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout. Must excel in safety, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Location: Holly Ridge, LA
Pay: $58-$62
Responsibilities

Manage daytoday construction activities and project schedules
</li>

Maintain scope, budget, and timelines
</li>
<li>
Enforce safety and quality standards
</li>
<li>
Handle change management and documentation
</li>
<li>
Oversee cost forecasting, contracts, and vendor performance
</li>
<li>
Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Strong data and analytics skills
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of construction safety and regulations
</li>
<li>
Experience with estimating, engineering, and construction methods
</li>
<li>
Understanding of construction accounting and cost control
</li>
<li>
Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura
</li>
<li>
Highly organized and adaptable
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
</li>
<li>
5+ years in construction management
</li>
<li>
Data center or structured cabling experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Experience with GMP, designbuild, fixed price, etc.
</li>
<li>
Preferred: OSHA 30, RCDD, RTPM, PMP
</li>
