We are seeking a Full-Stack Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and evolving enterprise business applications while delivering scalable, high-performance solutions for mission-critical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to translate complex business requirements into maintainable, high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, and modern UI frameworks
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, frameworks, and shared libraries
- Design and implement new features aligned with business processes and workflows
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and architectural standards
- Contribute to modernization initiatives, including framework evolution and technical debt reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes

Required Qualifications
\n

- Proficiency in .NET / .NET Core, C#
- Experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core) and ORM best practices
- Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Strong SQL experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including query optimization and indexing
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular strongly preferred; React or Vue acceptable)
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT)
- Experience with Git-based version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or enterprise application development

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Angular and component-based UI architecture
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Angular Material or Bootstrap
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Exposure to Docker and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of API gateways and service orchestration
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Understanding of secure coding practices and enterprise security standards
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Exposure to AI/ML integration or interest in AI-driven development workflows
- Prior experience in insurance, underwriting systems, or complex business-rule environments
- Experience supporting legacy system modernization initiatives
