What You’ll Do

- Manage, troubleshoot, tune, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Handle upgrades, backups, recovery, security, and performance monitoring.
- Support on-premise, hybrid, and cloud database environments.
- Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and database configurations.
- Partner with developers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex issues.

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- 4+ years of hands-on SQL Server DBA experience.
- Strong SQL Server, T-SQL, backup/recovery, security, and performance-tuning skills.
- Windows Server/IIS experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
- Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
