Work Schedule: 50-60 hours per week and weekends as needed

Job Description:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assemble bid packages, lead pre-bid meetings, and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Receive, review, and transmit subcontractor documents to client for comments and approval
- Work closely and coordinate with internal purchasing and legal departments
- Assist with subcontractor setup and enrollment in the owner-controlled insurance program
- Track subcontractor progress and field verify accuracy of reporting as required
- Create and maintain good working relationships with subcontractors
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as needed to align with the overall objectives of the project
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- AS/BS in Construction Management or related field or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years project coordination experience
- Experience in contracts preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision
- Ability to coordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a general knowledge of electrical construction
